Yoga Class for the Promotion of Core and Pelvic Health

In a supportive and familiar environment, participants will receive five sessions, each 1 hour long, detailing functional pelvic anatomy and movement, tailored for those struggling with most forms of pelvic dysfunction, including incontinence, pelvic pain syndromes, pelvic organ prolapse, and sexual dysfunction.

Participants will have the opportunity to explore and discover the causes and conditions which are influencing the health of their pelvic floor function, and will gain tools to begin the road to healing.

This class series, taught by Yoga therapist Patricia Schmidt, RYT, will include concrete breath and movement exercises that can be undertaken at home, in order to prepare for physical therapy and a journey toward greater well-being.

Classes will be at our Mill Valley office, located at 33 Miller Avenue.  Please call the Mill Valley office at 415-380-9242 for more information, and to register.
