Since 2001, Roxana has been the office manager at Physical Medicine Center.  She is calm, compassionate, and helpful to patients, many of whom are in urgent and painful situations.

Roxana is adept at scheduling and maintaining cancellation lists, enabling patients to be seen as soon as possible.

She has mastered challenging authorization processes for many insurance companies, as well as Medicare, and has become an expert claims processor.

Despite the complexities of her position, Roxana is always friendly, and maintains a positive attitude.  She is welcoming, whether in person or on the phone, and makes certain that the needs of the patient are met.
