Biofeedback

Biofeedback is a monitoring system which allows clients to observe internal functions such as respiration, temperature, heart rate variability and muscle tension in such a way that positive changes can be observed on a computer screen. Once these changes become natural, pain and anxiety are reduced. This process can be applied to urinary urgency, IBS, hypertension, PTSD, headache, and many other chronic conditions.
